Cream Chargers / Mosa N20 7.5G Bulbs

These cream chargers are great for use in our nitro coffee and cocktail tapping system or in one of our all in one tap systems.

Containing pure food grade N20 cream chargers are historically used for whipping cream but they also give drinks like cold brew coffee a beautiful creamy texture and mouthfeel.

What we suggest is that these chargers are ideal for pouring non-carbonated drinks that would usually be shaken eg espresso martinis or whiskey sours.

This gas imparts a very slightly sweet flavour to your beverage so if you want to avoid this you are better off using pure nitrogen (although you will use a lot more bulbs and have to wait longer for the gas to infuse).

To use these cream chargers in one of the mini-keg options you must leave at least 800ml of empty space in the keg for the bulb to inject into. Once you inject a bulb, shake the chilled keg and contents to absorb the gas. You may need more bulbs if you have left more than 800mls of empty space. Try pouring and if the pour is slow or without a creamy head repeat the above steps. 

Each box contains 10 bulbs which is enough to dispense approximately 10-15L of nitro coffee or cocktails.

N2O is also the same "happy gas" used by dentists to dull your senses and make you giggle while they rip a tooth out. The kids call them nangs and fill balloons with it to inhale... We do not recommend or condone this though and take no responsibility for any consequences that may arise if you do use the equipment in this manner.
