Price Match Guarantee

Our goal here at The Dens is to offer the most competitive pricing online. If you happen to find an online retail store offering a lower price than we offer please contact us at hello@thedens.com.au and we will do our very best to match it.  We want each and every customer too feel they are getting the best quality products for the best possible price.
 
Our 100% Price match guarantee does have some conditions:

• The item must be in stock on the competitors website and not on back order or out of stock.
• The website must not be a discounter or auction website or clearance centre (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.)
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
• The competitor must be an online retail store, they must not operate from a retail location.
• The online retailer must be an Authorized Retailer of the product to ensure it is the genuine product, reproductions of the genuine product will be ineligible for the price match.
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the items price it excludes sales tax and shipping prices.
• Items must be brand new and not second hand, not a damaged items or seconds sale product.
