The player console can be removed to allow your machine through the front door as long as it is 850MM wide or greater.

This machine is designed to be a plug and play, simply plug into power and the menu will automatically start.

Is the software a cheap offshore version

No this emulator is called the Arcade blaster and the reason we use this setup is it has been built and developed here inAustralia and is a very stable and reliable system. This cover the 2200 games pack, the 6500 games pack and the commercial pack.

Is there a warranty on the arcade machines?

Yes, every arcade machine from The Dens includes a 24-month warranty for parts and labour, a Tech support team who can walk you through any issues and send out parts if required (this rarely happens).

Can I customise my arcade machine?

Absolutely.For an additional fee we can customise the artwork on the outside of your machine, marquee on standup machines and some consoles on other machines. Speak to us about your machine choice to see what is available.

Can these arcade machines be used in a commercial setting?

Yes! Our arcade machines can be set up for commercial use. We offer $1 and $2 coin slot mechanisms that link seamlessly with our 100-game pack. This ensures smooth coin-operated play, perfect for pubs, clubs, cafes, and other venues. For larger game packs, like the 2,200 or 6,500 games, not all titles are compatible with coin play. To make it simple, we configure these packs to include the most popular and high-demand games for coin operation while still offering full access to the extended library in free-play mode.

Does the Shooter Games hold the highest score?

This software package does not accommodate highest score.
